HOW TO PREP THE PERFECT TAPIOCA CREPE

Follow the steps below and you’ll be making your own tapioca crepes in no time:
When the edges of the crepe start to “peel off” the pan, reduce heat to low.
It’s time to add butter or your preferred filling to the tapioca crepe.
With the aid of a spatula, close your crepe and serve while hot.
