We brought from Brazil the traditional techniques and developed our own special tricks to make delicious and beautiful crepes and other tapioca specialties. We combine locally sourced ingredients with authentic Brazilian recipes.

Tapioca is a well known ingredient in Brazilian cuisine. The tapioca flour is a naturally gluten-free font of complex carbohydrates, therefore a great alternative for those who are allergic to gluten, and an excellent source of energy for a healthy diet, if eaten with moderation.
The tapioca flour provides a unique texture to the crepe: it’s chewy and crunch at the same time, making it difficult to compare it with anything else. Whenever you call it a breakfast sandwich, Brazilian taco, cassava flatbread or tapioca crepe, we all have to agree that this is an unique food experience.

Tapi Go! is an old dream of Clarissa and Rui, who are partners in business and in life. They decided to dive into the world of Tapioca and teamed up for this project that is more than a restaurant, but an audacious plan to introduce Tapioca to the North-American lifestyle.
Architect from Lisbon, Portugal. Learnt about Tapioca while living in Fortaleza, Brazil. Finally, the portuguese guy could replace the morning bread with something different.
Engineer from Recife, Brazil. She envisioned Tapi Go! in 2008 while visiting a Subway restaurant for the first time. She loves eating Tapioca and can’t decide which one is her favourite.
