Tapi Go! is an old dream of Clarissa and Rui, who are partners in business and in life. They decided to dive into the world of Tapioca and teamed up for this project that is more than a restaurant, but an audacious plan to introduce Tapioca to the North-American lifestyle.

RUI

Architect from Lisbon, Portugal. Learnt about Tapioca while living in Fortaleza, Brazil. Finally, the portuguese guy could replace the morning bread with something different.

CLARISSA

Engineer from Recife, Brazil. She envisioned Tapi Go! in 2008 while visiting a Subway restaurant for the first time. She loves eating Tapioca and can’t decide which one is her favourite.

LUIS

Designer with international experience, Luis Pedro brings a creative eye and strategic vision to Tapi Go!’s expansion into Montreal. With a love for Brazilian culture, cuisine, and well-being, Luis is helping shape Tapi Go! into a destination that feels as good as it tastes.
