INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of Tapi Go! Tapioca Flour
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp oat flour

  • Toppings:

    • ½ cup of Tomato sauce
    • 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese
    • 1 tomato, sliced
    • 1/2 onion, sliced
    • basil

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350ºF.
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs for 1 min, then add Tapi Go! Tapioca Flour and mix until there are no visible lumps.
  1. Add all other ingredients and mix.
  1. Grease with butter a 30cm diameter pizza plate and pour batter in it.
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the bottom is gold brown. 
  1. Remove the crust from the oven and add your favorite toppings. Bake for more 10 min or until cheese is melted.
