A delicious cake for afternoon coffee can’t go wrong.

  • 1 cup of smashed bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbspapple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup of Brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of oat flour
  • ½ cup of Tapi Go! Cocoa Hydrated Tapioca Starch
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ⅓ cup of crushed 70% chocolate
  • Sauce (optional)
    • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
    • 1 tbsp coconut oil
    • 1 tbsp brown sugar
    • 100mL of water


  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.  
  1. Grease and flour with cocoa power a bundt cake pan.
  1. In a large bowl, combine the smashed bananas, eggs, apple cider vinegar, vanilla extract, and salt, and mix well.
  1. Add the brown sugar and vegetable oil and mix until combined.
  1. Stir in the oat flour, Tapi Go! Cocoa Hydrated Tapioca Starch and cocoa. Finalize with baking powder, baking soda, and chocolate pieces.
  1. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and transfer to the preheated oven for 20 min or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
  1. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
  1. For the sauce, pour all its ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring it to low-medium heat. Stir until you see bubbles.
  1. Pour the sauce over the cake.
